ODBCng is a project to create a brand new ODBC driver for PostgreSQL. Its first release will be 3.0 compliant with a subsequent release being 3.5 compliant. It is sponsored by Command Prompt, Inc. and EnterpiseDB.
The ODBC Next Generationproject is a PostgreSQL Community project that is a part of the pgFoundry.
